统一推送主题：/clients/{machine_no}, 其中 machine_no 为设备编码。

参数说明

当APP收到此指令后，在确定当前无用户操作UI的情况下进行关机。

判断规则：1分钟内UI没有点击或者触摸事件。

💡 APP v1.5.0 之后，设备正在进行播放锁屏广告，当次推送无效。
